Reality is distorted through the perspective in which one looks through. It is the image seen through the telescope of life. Though reality can be a double edged sword. It can help you progress or stop your progression if you allow it to. A rock can be used with a sling to hunt,to rest your fatigued body when hiking or an obstacle that gets in you way. But the question is "How do I percieve reality? and what things are real in my life?" Is a man smart when he chooses not to accept his reality? When he tries to fight against the fate given him. The wool on ones clothes can be just as uncomfortable but it keeps him warm. On the other hand, can man frolic through his troubles? What can happen to such a man who sees not the depth of the situation he is in? Though people only see the water when they are thirsty. Then should we let nature run it's coarse like tinsel in the wind. Let those who fight reality learn their lesson as nature would have intended. Then is reality so bad that the only way to accept it is to escape it. Pretend it's not there or percieve something that it is not. Though I'm sure if one were to completely and utterly accept his own reality, his own fate, then I'm sure that his life would be dull and depressing. Knowing that one will surely die then turns his heart into "beating funeral marches to the grave." (Henry Wadsworth Longfellow)What is there to do if one only focuses on the reality and surity of death. But even death can be percieved differently. I conclude that it is true that "Humankind cannot bear very much reality."(T.S. Elliot)Reality is totally dependant on your own view and it is necessary for one to percieve reality differently or in otherwise escape it.
