description:
This is a group of stories based on some real experiences that I've had before. I wanted to put it down on paper(metaphorically), and some of these things have actually happened while other things are fictionalized. Thousand Foot Krutch songs show up quite frequently in my stories and if you haven't heard them before, you should try listening to them sometime, they have great music. Please read it and review it.

"Watch it, loser!" yells a kid, as he shoves past me on the way to my locker, knocking out all my books out of my hands. As I bend down to pick them up, people rush all around, never stopping or looking by. I sigh as I collect my textbooks, and head to my next class. As I walk down the hallway, I see people absorbed in their own little conversations with their friends, chatting and talking with each other. I feel ignored and left out, an outsider among these tight knit circles of friends. As I walk down the hall, I feel like I'm intruding into someone's private world, like I don't belong here. My clothes don't help either. While everyone wears brand name clothes that carry price tags higher than a brand new car, I'm still wearing clothes that I bought last year, I feel out of place, like someone is going to say "Get out, go back to wherever you crawled out from!"
As I leave for my classes, I take my seat in the back of the room and listen to the teacher drone. I slump in my seat and wish that school was over.I can't stand my life and it feels like the clock keeps on dragging. Every minute's an eternity when your life sucks. Watching the people around me laugh and talk with their friends is like a slap to my face. It mocks me as if saying, "Look at what you can never have! Look at the fun they're having, don't you wish that you were like that?"
The school bell rings and I slowly walk to the buses, and plug my earbuds into my MP3. Listening to the music ring in my ears, I run to catch the buses, before they leave.
I'm a stranger that no one can see
A stranger to every part of me
I'm a stranger to all that I know
A stranger, everywhere I go
I arrive home, sitting alone by myself on the bus. As the bus pulls off in the distance, I slowly walk to my house, wanting to delay every step. While school is bad enough, sometimes going home can be worse. People say that a mans home is his castle. But what if your castle is a prison? The house I live in, a prison of misery and hate, a place of pain.
Something that always happens when I get home, my mom starts yelling at me. "Why didn't you come home earlier? Why were you out so late? Why can't you do better?". There's nothing I can do, and I stand there, and take it, take it because I have no other choice. The words I want to scream, they bottle up inside me, choking me, I can't breathe. I want to go somewhere else, but where can you go when you have nowhere to go? I run to my room, and lock the door, pulling the covers over my head. I want to get away, escape to somewhere else. Lying at my bed, staring at the ceiling, I want everything to go away and disappear.
