I walked through the dark forest, holding onto tree branches as I stumbled. On my way through I saw an old man, he was frail and bald.His dead wife sat beside him "take it" he rasped handing me a peice of bread. I nodded and took it, which was *pathetic* and rude. But since the *famine* had started everyone was starving. I heard a noise come from my older brother's gun. Then I ran back and pressed myself against a tree like a *chameleon*. He screamed in pain and I heard a loud thud.His bullet had *ricocheted*.
