In the night, he walked, wishing he would have spoken to the girl, but he was afraid that she would be terrified of him, he knew she would.
He wished to hold her, for he found himself falling for the girl, forever frozen in this form, forever a prisoner of light,
"Adrian."
He knew that voice, his coven brother Cavias.
"What do you want?" He spoke without turning, but slowing his pace to a short stride.
"Oh nothing. The coven is worried, Adrian, you are not the same as us, you are weaker."
With that, he turned around in an instant, grabbed Cavias by the throat, and shoved him against a near by tree,
"I am not weak Cavias!" he shouted, "I will not become a pawn of you Jerald and Ramose's little games!"
With that, he threw Cavias to the ground.
"It's a human, isn't it, hasn't your mother ever told you not to play with your food?" Cavias taunted.
Adrian turned to attack him, but Cavias had already disappeared into the shadows.

Adrian let out an ear deaphening scream.
He felt his claws extend at the presence of his angry rage. In his anger he turned and flinched at the presence of the sun, would be rising soon, he needed to seek ground.

He found the entrance to the cellar under the coven mansion-- it had four separate rooms, one for each coffin-- and pulled it open.
His room was on the far right of the narrow hallway.
His body seeked the comforting confines of darkness, the cozy warmth of his black coffin that he so longingly yearned for.
