At school

Everything around me seemed like a movie that you see in the theaters. When it feels like you are there but too far away to be part of it. This particular movie was my least favorite kind. It was the kind where everyone was laughing and smiling, and the and there are no twists and no climax. I was on the grass curled up in sort of a loose ball and I felt too far away from the happy scene for it to be happening right next to me. I looked at the basketball hoops and the far classrooms; they seemed to be at a slant. They seemed to be slowly pushing me off the edge of the earth, or at least reality. Reality, easiness, love and laughter seemed to be slowly slipping away as the movie of my life continued. Nothing was like last year. Last year grades were nonexistent, and my biggest problems were silly for fights that were soon forgiven and finding my shoes at Orchard.
