These bricks with golden earthen tone
Permeate our campus home
Symbolic of so many things
Beyond confines of walls or buildings
Perhaps each humble brick implies
The building blocks of future lives
Laid one by one, solid foundation
Made strong by university education
Woodbridge statue proudly gazes
At the forms such learning raises
Everything we do, consider
Contributing to this architecture?
On your next campus meandering
Observe these bricks are everywhere
Walking, smiling, living, growing
Our important job building square
Permeate our campus home
Symbolic of so many things
Beyond confines of walls or buildings
Perhaps each humble brick implies
The building blocks of future lives
Laid one by one, solid foundation
Made strong by university education
Woodbridge statue proudly gazes
At the forms such learning raises
Everything we do, consider
Contributing to this architecture?
On your next campus meandering
Observe these bricks are everywhere
Walking, smiling, living, growing
Our important job building square

This poem is a fine example of what can be created by a mind educated at Ferris. Well done
