The Book of Heaven (La Galigo Trilogy)

On the highest level of heaven which at that time was still within the reach of the wildest and the strongest flame of imagination, Datuk Patoto, the Supreme Ruler of the whole being, the Determinator of Destiny, was commuting distressfully from one floating golden foam to another. Boti-Langi, the highest and the most ancient sky, at that time was an infinite transparent ocean with countless of growing stars underneath. There was an enormous half-violet and half-red sun which took its natural course not by rising in east and setting in west, but by moving slowly from left to right, making the highest heaven a borderless vast realm where morning eternal and twilight forever.
