Intro

As you can tell, I love romance fiction. Mostly Contemporary. Mystery, Romantic Suspense, *some* Historical (but not much).

I am a romance author, have a web site, and have been rejected with (from an agent) "I wish I had room on my roster for you" to (on a post-it note) "we'll pass". If I worked harder, submitted more to publishers, I might have a chance. But my life has been so, um, trying lately, that I keep the mantra "everything in it's time". Life, kids, family... those come first. Not that I would turn down a contract tomorrow... but it would complicate things. I'm currently looking for the inspiration to finish 2 books as a part of a sister trilogy.

I belong to a wonderful Mother Daughter Book Club that has sustained me through some really hard times of stress and grief. I plan to add all the books we've read through the years to this list. Twelve meetings a year for seven (almost 8!) years - yep, LOTS of books.

Now, I'm off to research how to add quotes to this site that aren't already here. I have a journal I keep, just to write down inspirational quotes. Hopefully I'll add some you all like as well...
