I am never going to finish this one...I checked it out because the title intrigued me, and the author has written several adult novels, so I thought it might be good. wrong. Very choppy; not much depth to the characters. I understand it's a kid's book...it most reminded me of the Stephen Hawking foray into child lit. Bloody awful.

The title kind of says it all. Dr. Proctor invents a 'fart powder' and two neighbor children help him market it to their friends. The neighborhood bullies get rocketed into a tree, and their father has the doctor arrested. Dr. Proctor's young friends try to extricate the good doctor from his imprisonment...and that's as far as I got. Or will get.

Kate So would you say this or Walter the Farting Dog is the more well-written story based upon farts?
