really liked it
Read from April 21 to 24, 2010

LDS book about WWII. A young man from UT becomes a spy in France because he speaks French fluently. At the same time, it also tells the story of his family in Delta, UT, and his brother's friend who is in the Japanese internment camp here in UT. It seems that the internment of Japanese Americans at Topaz and in other parts of the country is a side of the war that isn't talked about as much; a shameful part of US history. I liked that this combined both the war in Europe with what was happening here in Utah.
