The Author of the book World is Flat, Thomas Friedman has come up with another revealing book called "Hot, Flat and Crowded". The author who is a reporter with New York Times is a globe trotter and writes on global affairs. His this new book focuses on need of green revolution and why America should take lead in it.

The Author in a lucid style has highlighted the current energy crisis, the Biodiversity issue, Energy poverty and role of emerging countries as well developed countries in the green revolution which is highlighted by Thomas. The books takes into account author's interview of various dignitaries around the world and experts from the field of Global affairs, economics, & energy experts. The book gives insights into the energy depended economies and its effect on global economy, terrorism, spread of Islam in Middle East funded by Saudi Arabia in initial chapters. The dependency of developed economies, lifestyle in these countries and its effect in coming energy crisis is widely studied by author and contributors to the book. In all the book gives detailed insight into coming crisis and also suggests role of individuals, countries and businesses in coming green revolution. A must read for every citizen on this planet.
