This was pretty good. The audio book version kind of sucks. I switched between the audio and regular version. Very intriguing concept, and disturbing when imagining such a thing really happening. A bit sappy at times, and of course, there was a love triangle. The unrelenting altruism of the main character was overdone. I felt like Stephenie Meyer was beating me over the head with it. The ending was a little too neat and tidy. But still, a pretty good book.

Mickey Reed I listen to a LOT of books but this one I actually read. I enjoyed it, but it's difficult to enjoy a bad audio book. Who reads it?

Angela Kate Reading. I'll try to keep with it. She reads with a sort of detached, unemotional voice, which makes sense given the story, but it's kind of hard to listen to.

Mickey Reed It's very hard with bad narrators. She is usually good though. I think I have this on my computer. I'll take a look.

Angela Ok, so now that I am halfway in, I am liking the audio version much more.

Mickey Reed That's good!
