Soren, a young barn owl, is thrust from his nest by his evil brother, Kludd. Things couldn’t get worse, but they do: he is picked up by another owl and flown to St Aegolius’ Academy for Orphaned Owls. Many owlets are at this strange place, but why? Thus begans a quest to learn how to escape his prison. He meets Gylfie, Twilight and Digger along the way. Together the four owls determine to fight the evil of St Aggies. They must find help at from the guardians of Ga’Hoole at the Great Ga’Hoole Tree,if indeed they are more than a legend.
