Well, this was a sad book. I know it's not entirely true, but based on true facts and real people. So I tought it was sad, and it even made me cry! Alice and Mr.Dogdson/Carroll were real, but somehow lived in that wonderland and realized too late how life should have been. In a different way, of course. Mr. Dogdson just waited to fade away, unable to see "her" Alice growing up. And Alice lived with a fear and she discovered really late that it was a fake fear. Touching, somehow.
