really liked it
bookshelves: fantasy, magical-realism

Pretty solid Gaiman. I enjoyed reading, I don't consider it life changing. Gaiman always teaches me something about storytelling. Stories that are unconcerned with demonstrating the complexities of post modernism, or the disparities of socio economic class. These issues are present though, they are just in the background not formal. Gaiman connects us back to folk tales, fables, and mythology; He connects us more to the oral tradition.
