I love Meg Cabot's books, but this one was so cliché. Girl cheating on her boyfriend, doesn't like them, girl meets another boy, they fall in love. However, Meg Cabot's quirky writing skills kept me reading throughout the whole story. While the plot wasn't fantastic, she always has ways to make a reader laugh.

The whole book was just predictable, no surprises. I didn't relate to the main character at all. Every boy who shows the slightest interest in her, she has to go up and make out with them. She was just some girly boy-crazy girl who wasn't very smart.

I think Meg Cabot put Tom's character together flawlessly. He was honest, loyal, the kind of guy every girl wants for a boyfriend. I loved how she chose a nerdy boy to be hot, you don't see that a lot in teen novels. I also think she had Tom's and Katie's relationship done exquisitely.

It was a fun read, but I can;t see myself ever reading it again. I also think it would be a perfect summer beach read. (:
