Just don't know why I never read this book before. Our son took me to tag sales while on vacation years ago in Florida
and I bought it if I remember correctly. Think I have given copies away and now I learned much from reading it, too. All westerns are the same, well mebbe not.

Teresa I think I read this one in college and liked it a lot more than I thought I would.

Ann I read MY DEAR WISTER-Ben Vorpahl as well so that is probably impetus for reading this at last. Do you remember anything about it? TV series and must be
film of it.

I do remember seeing some of the TV series and liking the lead actor.

I really just have vague memories of the book, and perhaps I'm getting it confused with James Fenimore Cooper and/or "The Ox-Bow Incident," which I've also read, but I don't think so.

Ann Time has passed so quick the years all run together now. Only a hundred years ago.
