The facts in this book are appalling. Even more appalling is the number of times Perkins realizes he is an enabler for death and destruction and feels the urge to change is ways, he accepts another assignment or takes another job that puts him right back in the same position. By the fourth or fifth time this happens I'm feeling that "confession" clearly is not enough.
