it was ok

Let me start by saying that I like self help books. It’s easy to sabotage yourself, and self-help books are a good way to change your thought patterns into something positive. But the sharpest blades are forged in flame, and life isn’t meant to be all sunshine and roses. Tragedy enriches the soul. My accident and subsequent suffering helped me realize what is important in my life and gave me focus. I wasn’t even aware that I needed a push in this direction, how could I possibly visualize it? Being a practicing witch, I understand the importance of imagination in regards to manifestation, but the author fails to understand the importance of what is beyond our imagination. Let go and trust. There is no need to rigorously control your every waking thought. What you need may not always correspond to what you want.

Besides, I liked this book better when it was called Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain.
