Charlie Bone and the Beast (The Children of the Red King, Book 6) by Jenny Nimmo
I love Charlie Bone. I think it is a fun idea. I love how all the kids have different powers -- ones that are sometimes not at all helpful and other times are the exact key to solving their dilemma. It's about working together -- exaggerated so we can see. Besides, I love old castles and boarding schools.
