Totally awesome and reasonable diet book. It gave me easy and simple things to ADD (yes, a diet that ADDS to your food intake!) fiber-y foods to my diet so I get filled up. Did you know that respberries and kiwis kick butt when it comes to fiber content? I can most definitely eat more of those!

I liked this because it was not the kind of diet book that says things like, 'If you eat sugar you will die' or 'You need to eat only cabbage because everything else contaminates your body'. I prefer a more down-to-earth, chilled out version of eating. Like, eat some ice cream, but don't eat 12 gallons a day. And if you do eat it you won't necessarily die immediately, but you just won't get skinny nearly as quick.
