really liked it
bookshelves: westerns, biographies-and-autobiographies, history-nonfiction
Read from April 19 to 26, 2016

I liked it just as well as the first in the series, I think. There was quite a bit of swearing, though, and some episodes of the children going behind their mother's back for things, even if it was to help out. However, I was inspired by their hard work, putting aside of self and complaining (most of the time), and endearing scenes. The ending was a little sad, but the children (and all) handled it remarkably well.
