I was so skeptical when it first came out because his first two collections were so beloved. Now, I love reading this one to kids--especially 'The Deadly Eye of Poogly Pie" and "Stupid Pencil Maker."

610692 It took me a few years to get to this one for the same reasons - "Where the Sidewalk Ends" and "A Light in the Attic" where two of my favorites, growing up. I should know by now that a genius is a genius, usally until they die. I skipped some later Vonnegut's and Bradbury's for the same reasons, but ended up being a fan of a lot of both author's later works.
