Joe Hill rocks!

This whole series has been great - creative, frightening horror with a heart.

Sooo good, part of me wants to rush out and buy the monthly issues because I can't wait for the next part of the story to be released in trade.

It all just goes by too fast.

Good news (hopefully) is that Fox has commissioned this for a possible TV series next year. Could be amazing . . .

Sue How does it compare with HORNS? Having a bit of trouble getting through that one.

Jennifer This is still horror and it's a graphic novel series.

I think it has more heart than Horns had because the 3 main characters are children, and you'll immediately be drawn into the situation they're in.

Plus, they're super-quick reads - about an hour for each volume.

The hardest part is remembering what happened in the previous volume since they're released about 6 months apart.

I think you might like Locke & Key.

I really loved Horns, but it's a very different read. I never know who to reccommend it to, because it is so odd.
