After a year seeing the shelter from a rescue point of view, I wanted to see what life was like for the ACOs. This book didn't answer a lot of my questions, but was a good read anyway. Made me laugh and it made me cry (how is it that dogs can always do that??). A little soupy, as might be expected from a Chicken Soup writer, but engaging! I loved the cover!

Lisa Duffy-Korpics Thanks for the Review Sara! You are observant :) A few of the stories were longer versions of previously published Chicken Soup versions - I had to remain true to the format. With other chapters I could expand and write the way I wanted. I bet you could tell which was which!

Take care,
