Perfect is a book by Natasha Friends that gives advice to some young girls to not vomit because you are insecure about yourself. Most teenage girls and even grown ups are insecure about the way that they feel, especially about their weight. When girls look in the mirror, they don't fit into the nice body category because they look at themselves being fat even though they are as skinny as a a toothpick. Perfect is a novel that I think people will eating disorders should because it's like building a house, they have started a foundation, and they move on up until they are finishe. In this case, it happens to Isabelle. She goes from throwing up each and everday after every single meal to not doing it at all. She built her foundation when she started seeing Trish on Tuesdays. By that, I mean everytime she thought about throwing up, she would write in her journal how she felt, her feelings and if you analyze the book, most of those feelings come from her dad dying, or her mother lyi...more
