Klein hit her stride in this book at about page 300, when she started talking about the War on Terror, the tsunami and Katrina. By then, she'd pretty much already lost me with relentless personal attacks, a dogmatic recounting of "here's how the right screwed up the world starting in 1973" and a bizarre obsession with comparing right-wing economics to torture.
