I bought this book for my daughter (4) who was in need of bedtime books. I really, really love this book. Not only does it rhyme, which makes it so much funner for me to read (ha ha), but it sends a good message about parents always caring and looking out for their kids, even if they can't be there every second.
Ask me in two weeks how much I love this book, however, since I have to read it every night.

My daughter (also 4) and I love this book too. When I was a children's Librarian I read it often at our pajama story times. It is just so fun! There is a sequel, Llama Llama Mad at Mama, that I haven't gotten around to picking up yet.
