Gregor And The Curse Of The Warmbloods (Underland Chronicles: Book 3 ) by Suzanne Collins
Gregor and the Curse of the Warmbloods is yet another sequal of Susan Collin's very fictional book, Gregor the Overlander.
This time Gregor's mother insists that she must come along with Gregor and his sister, Boots to the Underland, just to see what the Underlanders want. It turns out, they were in for a long stay.
Gregor's mom is diagnosed with a plague spreading around in the Underland and Gregor, Boots, some old friends, and some new friends are sent on a quest to find the cure (yet another prohecy).
When Gregor, Boots, and the Underlanders get to "the cure" though, it is destroyed by an army of Underland Fire Ants (don't worry, much larger than our ants here). They then finally unravel what the prophecy was really saying and discover that they were on an ALMOST pointless quest, but it turns out, if they hadn't gone on the quest for the cure, they wouldn't have known what was really going on and where the cure really was.
On the quest, they meet up with some...more
