Recommended for: people who are going to run support groups

This book gives helpful and direct instructions on how to run mutual-aid groups. It does a good job of emphasizing the obvious but difficult basics of what groups are about, and contains practical instructions towards avoiding the usual mistakes and achieving a successful group dynamic. Social-worky types who want to improve their group-running skills could do far worse than this book. Everyone else, STAY AWAY! This book, as you can probably imagine, would be lethally boring to your average reader.
