A Caress of Twilight (Meredith Gentry, Book 2) by Laurell K. Hamilton
I am not sure how I feel about this book. Was it good? Yes. Did it satisfy me? Sort of. Would I re-read it? No. I like this series and I like the over all arch of the books Princess Merry attempting to get pregant in order to take over the throne. But it seemed like such a waste in the beginning. It was slow and had way too much information like the footprint on the wards was the the nameless? It had too many questions that didn't get answered and then the ending was completely rushed...
Did I like this book? Yes.
Will I continue to read the series? Yes
It was just a sophomore slump and a typical second book for me. Hopefully the third one picks up.
