Although this book is seriously outdated, the premise is quite interesting and valid. Healthy people are happier and rarely get cancer. Happy people are healthier and rarely get cancer. Do they correlate? Apparently so. With a bit of information on organic gardening, diet, and exercise, this book is right up my alley. Lots of organic veggies and fruit, limited animal products, no dairy products, sunshine, exercise, attention to the spirit, laughter, and companionship are good ingredients for a long, happy, healthy life.
