Read from April 25 to 28, 2010

Written with a real smart-ass tone - which would suit if it had been written in first person - but the protaganist is a real dumb-ass. Just doesn't gel. It is supposed to be funny, and the note about the author goes on and on about her being funny and loving a good laugh, but it didn't do it for me. It was trying way too hard. And we get the fact that the leading lady sells make-up, and loves make-up, and goes on and on about something called a colour wheel, do we have to be reminded of it constantly? Does it define her life? Well yes, yes it does.

Amp78 Is it more chick lit than paranormal romance? It looks like chick lit judging by the cover.
