I have waited seven years for Francine Rivers to write a new book that once again fit into the genre of Christian Fiction. She has been writing a lot of Biblical Fiction in the duration...but that is not a genre I am interested in reading. While this book was long, it held my attention from start to finish. I really enjoyed it. It was great food for thought in the way it depicted the relationship between mother and daughter through multiple generations. Can't wait for the sequel to come out in the fall. Well worth reading.
