really liked it
bookshelves: my-ebooks, favorites

This second book in the Circle Trilogy is just as good as the first.
The Christian allegory gets stronger in Red, but again Dekker comes
short of preaching and the story remains very enjoyable. I should note
that I am not actually "reading" these Circle Trilogy books (Black, Red,
and White). I am listening to them on my iPhone and wanted to mention
this as I cannot really speak for the writing style of these books. The
narrator is simply fantastic and could probably make a poorly written
book sound good! Usually if I really enjoy an audio book I will get a
hard copy of the book and re-read it, as listening to books while at
work one is bound to miss something here and there! I will definitely
be seeking out hard copies of these books. But first I have listen to
White, I just downloaded it and am both excited to read more and sad
that this will mark the end of the story ...
