This book is straight forward and excellent and I'm actually re-reading because my eating has gotten all off again - ugh. I admit I didn't finish the program last time and my intention is to go through it fully this time - I'll keep you posted. It demystifies the 'myths' about binging. There's another book "Overcoming Bulimia" which is more bulimia-centric; this is for *anyone* who binges and I would say would be great for anyone with Binge Eating Disorder (or problems that remind you of that). The first half of the book is basically explanation, etc. The second half is a self-help Cognitive/Behavioral Therapeutic-like approach to getting over it. His writing style is straight-forward and clear.
