Who doesn't love adult attachment theory. Sue Johnson is a fantastic writer and what's more her theories are backed up by research and make intuitive sense. The first few portions of the book were less interesting to me as they covered conversations that are designed to set the stage and are therefore inherently less dramatic, but the conversations dealing with current conflict and resolving previous trauma were useful and engaging. I would recommend this to anybody whose in a relationship or would like to be.
