Lilly, a mouse, has a problem. She has a new baby brother. Julius, that she doesn't like. He cries too much, eats too much and poops too much. Lilly can't understand what all the fuss is about. She misses the attention she used to get from her parents. Her parents keep saying that he is the 'baby of the world'.

One day her Aunt comes to visit and makes a comment about Lilly's brother and Lilly is not pleased. From that moment on she has a different feeling about her brother. She even gives him her most prized possession - her doll. In the end Lilly discovers how much she loves her new brother. A good book to introduce children to the feelings of sibling rivalry and how to anticipate the arrival of a new addition to the family.
