I really enjoyed this one. If it wasn't for the predictability of what happened and for the writing style at some points - the 'teenage speak'and deliberate misspellings annoyed me. However, the story was good. For me, what really made this book was Melinda's connection with art as it was something that I could relate to incredibly well - This completely made the book for me and is the reason for the four stars. This book was touching and it does work, Melinda is very raw with what she says and feels. Though I feel that quite a few books touch on similar subjects these days, this is something that I would recommend.
