I own a copy, read count: 3

Love, love, love this first book of 3! This is one of my comfort reads!
I have read them about every year for the past couple of years. It is set in a small fishing village in Ireland. I've never been there, but Nora Roberts draws such a vivid picture of the place and the people. It is one of her tales that have a supernatural twist-a fairy prince and his ghostly love are separated by time and trouble and they need the help of mortal lovers to bring them together forever.
The leading lady of this book is a shy American professor getting over a divorce. She rents the ideal Irish cottage with a resident ghost. In a romantic downpour, she meets the leading man, the oldest Gallagher brother who is the yummiest bar owner around.
It is a charming story full of old tales, self discovery, family, gal pals, romantic trysts, beautiful scenery, and an overall feeling of toasty homey love.
When you read a Nora Roberts book, you get a great story, characters you like and want to know, places you want to live or visit, and the good guys win.
