I read the China Study, which changed my life. Since I stopped eating animal products, many people have been skeptical about whether that is the healthiest thing to do. This book is a reaffirmation to me that a person can be super-healthy and enjoy life and health even more without unhealthy foods. There are lots of easy-to-follow recipes, and I love Rip's quick-read style of writing. I feel like there are tons of people out there trying to live life without eating animal products - Rip includes many testimonials from people who have decided to live the Engine 2 Diet. I finished this book in less than 24 hours.
