This book picks up where the first book leaves off... obviouslly. Again, I give it a 3 star just because for adults, I wouldn't recommend it, but for kids I would highly recommend it.

The introduction of the faeries come in, the goblins, hobgoblins, ect... All of them get a good once over and suddenly you know as much as the characters do. I like that the authors keep the readers on the same page as the charaters. They by no means no more than we do, so for kids to know that they know as much as the characters makes it for a fun read.

Again, I finished this book in about 20 minutes. Not a long read, not a challenging one. It challenges the imagination of a child and I believe that is the purpose. I love the story in this book as the world starts to expand infront of you. It makes you take another look at the moving grass and the side of the road. :o)
