David Wisniewski's rendition of a Jewish legend about a rabbi who saved his people from those who were persecuting them. This story has an interesting connectiion to Deborah Ellis's book Three Wishes that tells of the modern day persecution of Palistinians by Isreal through the voices of the children of both cultures. Although almost five hundred years apart, the stories are basically the same and the culture in power is reversed.
