I loved this book. I could have kept reading about "Miss Skeeter" and these maids for a very long time. I read this book on audio, which was a wonderful recommendation from a friend, because it is read by several different actresses playing the various characters. Each chapter is told from the point of view of a different main character. I especially loved the voice of Aibileen, one of the maids. It was a fascinating view into being black in the south in the early 1960's. I can't say enough good things about this story of stoicism, racism, love, and great courage. Inspiring.
