bookshelves: star-wars

Feels a little more like a star trek than a Star Wars title, with time travel, physical differences as well as philosophical between the Sith & the Jedi, and force enhancing ores. Not a bad read, quite entertaining but it doesn't feel like a canon SW title. Biggest downfall is the introduction of a whole new cast of characters, with none of the existing main characters appearing in the novel at all, apart from an occasional reference; it feels more like a role-playing adventure written up than a proper novel. That said, the action sequences are well written, and the character interplay is strong.
