This book starts out light and fun - it's about 4 brothers (and younger twin girls) growing up in the 50's and 60's, baseball, the father's working in the paper mill, conflicts with the mother's devout and fundamental Seventh-day Adventism. Great character development. I was lol a lot. Then the story takes some tragic turns... A quality page turner.
