One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez
I cannot say enough about this book. One of my all time favorite. I still have a distinct memory of sitting on the El, on my way to work, and reading the last page. I was so bummed it was over. I never do this but I flipped back to the first page, re-read it and smiled. It is not to be missed. Magic, love, war, family-all the good stuff.
