it was amazing

I love skirts. Don't ask me why--I just do. This book makes it easy to make skirts without having to buy a pattern. I already know how to sew reasonably well, so that helps too. This book is full of cute ideas. All you have to do is find the right fabric and you're set.

Jennifer Hughes Looks interesting! I've been on a sewing-books-from-the-library kick myself lately! I just returned one that was about making your own patterns for dresses with darts. It made a lot more sense to me than what I learned about darts in jr. high home ec. I can sew one, but I don't use them enough to really know how and when to use them without the pattern saying, "Do this now, dummy."
