Do you remember from when you were a kid, "Theres a Monster at the End of this Book," a Little Golden book starring Sesame Street's Grover? I loved it. Well, this is a grown up version. Clive Barker is such a good story teller. I wish he would have concentrated more on the story and less on having a conversation with the reader. It was distracting having the demon interrupt to harangue the reader every few pages. Oh well, the story was great, the narrator interrupting, not that great. Still, I support Mr. B, as in Barker. So read the book anyways..
