Pt3's review of The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference
The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference by Malcolm Gladwell
The first 2/3 are good. The writers a journalist, and when he's reporting, he's very good. The whole thing's kind of like science for MBAs though. Some of the stuff wasn't that detailed, and he could've probably chopped 100 pages off and you wouldn't miss much. The last part of the book falls apart. He starts trying to be a scientist, and it doesn't work, he's a journalist. I really enjoyed and would recommend first 2/3, but the last 1/3 is painful.
